Digital Delivery Policy
Lucerna Labs currently supplies digital products and digitally delivered services. No physical goods are shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Before payment, customers may be shown a description, preview, specification, or summary of the digital product or service being purchased. For Venture Vaults and Asset Keys this includes a personalised watermarked Preview and Deliverable Manifest that you approve before checkout.
Following successful payment and completion of any required verification, the purchased digital product, download, access link, account access, or service confirmation will be made available through one or more of the following methods:
- display within the customer’s account or website session;
- a download link;
- access through the Lucerna Labs platform (including your private Vault);
- delivery to the email address provided by the customer; or
- another electronic delivery method stated on the relevant product page.
Unless a different delivery period is stated on the product page or during checkout, digital access or delivery will normally begin promptly after successful payment — typically within seconds for card payments. Bank-transfer orders (where available) unlock when funds clear. Delivery may be delayed where additional information, verification, manual review, technical processing, or customer input is required.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for checking spam, junk, and promotional folders.
If a customer does not receive the purchased digital product or access instructions, the customer should contact Lucerna Labs and provide the relevant order details. Lucerna Labs will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access, resend the delivery link, replace the affected digital file, or provide another suitable remedy.
As products are delivered digitally, physical shipping charges, shipping locations, and courier tracking do not apply unless expressly stated otherwise.
