At Lucerna Labs, we are confident in the value our AI content generation platform provides. If you are not completely satisfied with your new subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

This guarantee applies to all new subscription plans (Starter and Professional). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• The request is made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase.
• The account has not violated our Terms of Service.
• For video and image generation, usage must be within reasonable "trial" limits (less than 10% of the monthly quota consumed).

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Support page.
2. Submit a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request".
3. Include your account email and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
4. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-4 business hours.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you choose to downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change will take effect at the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades or early cancellations of annual plans after the initial 30-day guarantee period.
